Short Brief:

Trevor has over 30 years of experience in Organisation Development and Human Resource Management. He has worked across many industries including oil and gas, mining, retail, banking and government in leadership and also consulting capacities.

Trevor’s passion is assisting companies to bring their corporate vision and values to life and be a the significant driver in decision making and behaviour at all levels, rather than being something that sits in a picture frame and sits on the board room wall.

Over the past 9 years, Trevor has been providing consulting and training services to operators, drilling contractor and third party providers in the oil and gas exploration sector. The services Trevor has provided include Safety Culture Surveying including the development and supporting the implementation of safety culture improvement strategies, contractor client safety alignment, developing and facilitating safety leadership workshops and workplace coaching. cHis clients have included ExxonMobil, BP, ENSCO, Carigali Hess, Seadrill, KCA Deutag and Santos.  He has worked in the USA, UK and Europe, Middle East, South America and Asia.

Trevor has a Bachelor of Business from University of South Australia and is an accredited facilitator in the DiSC and Hogan profiling assessments as well as the Team Management Systems (TMS) assessment tools.
