As a professional management consultant Paula's primary focus is on strategic human resource management, leadership learning and development, organisational behaviour and cultural change. Paula works with clients to build highly motivated, inspired, flexible and professional individuals who are productive and continue to produce quality outcomes in an ever changing work environment. Paula's experience spans more than 20 years in the public and private sector.
Paula is passionate about aligning people, processes and organisations and works closely with clients to achieve their goals with effectiveness, integrity and professionalism. Paula is a change management specialist who supports organisational mergers, acquisitions and transitions to align people to new organisational cultures, processes and technologies. A recent project involved working with Fujitsu during a major acquisition and contract transition to align an existing current incumbent workforce with the Fujitsu business and future contract.
Paula works with Customs to deliver their "Leading People at the Frontline" Leadership Development Program and has designed and delivered leadership development programs for Department of Defence, Department of Health and Ageing and IP Australia.
Paula is an experienced executive coach who has worked with senior executives and managers in both the private and public sector. Her strengths are in management and leadership development, strategic planning, team building, transition project management and organisational change.
Paula has a Masters in Management from the University of Canberra and is an accredited facilitator in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI). Paula is an accredited practitioner of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) and a professional member of the Change Management Institute.
