There is not a group, no matter how hard or difficult, that Mary has not been able to reach out to when helping individuals understand themselves better through understanding how they see the world. Mary remains highly sought by organisations in understanding individual and group behaviour. She has delivered the MBTI to in excess of 10,000 people worldwide.
Mary convened Australia's first national MBTI conference and has served as National President of the Australian Association of Psychological Type and as President of its Sydney Chapter.
She is the founder and director of The Institute for Type Development (ITD), established in 1986, to promote understanding of Jung's Theory of Psychological Type and the responsible use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®). Mary has had 20 years presenting MBTI Accreditation is a published writer, author and authority on type and behaviour in organisations.
Mary lives in Sydney with her family and is a dead keen Elvis fan!
