Short Brief:
Luke Fitzpatrick commenced his career by serving for 10 years in the Australian Defence Force (ADF) as a commissioned officer, during this time Luke saw operational service in East Timor and also the Middle East. Luke also served in non operational areas such as Malaysia and on exchange with the British Army in Europe. After leaving the ADF Luke spent a number of years working in Papua New Guinea (PNG) in the oil and gas industry conducting social mapping and remote camp construction for seismic drilling operations. Luke eventually returned to Australia and has most recently been employed as the Group Operations Manager for the Community Solutions Group, a community services provider in regional QLD.
Luke is a highly motivated and adaptable coach characterised by his inclusive nature, initiative, resourcefulness, leadership and management skills. His calmness under pressure belies a prodigious work-rate which is singularly impressive. Luke has a ‘hands-on’ leadership style combined with strong verbal and written communication skills ensuring quality results whilst maintaining a client focus. Luke’s unique employment history confirms that he has a proven ability to achieve real outcomes for key stakeholders in a time critical environment. His service as an officer in the Australian Army and extensive military training equips him with experience across a range of strategic, planning, training, operations management, and personnel recruitment, logistic and business fields, which will ensure he exceed expectations in any environment.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies with a major in Human Resource Development and he is currently completing studies towards a Master of Leadership Degree.
