Kate has over 20 years experience in education. She has held leadership positions in secondary schools, been a tutor and lecturer at tertiary level and, more recently; exercised leadership in mission/values education across the health care and educational sectors. Her passion is education for cultural change and leadership development. Kate has developed an approach to values education and 'authentic' leadership that is both rigorous and accessible to all.
Kate's life is about as full as one could imagine and includes spending time with her large family. She loves reading a good book on the beach and has mastered the art of crafting for a life that balances work with leisure. She likes to travel as often as possible and loves meeting new people and visiting new places.
