Short Brief:

Greig Taylor has a multi faceted professional career history. Greig (GT) began his career as a mechanical engineer in Melbourne... soon realising that the ‘fit’ of an engineer wasn’t to his liking and left engineering to pursue a career in education, community management, ecology and environmental education. Greig’s roles and responsibilities have extended to areas such as training and supervision, field operations, logistics and, most notably, as a remote environment interpretive and safety advisor.

Grieg is accredited and recognised for his skills in remote operations. Including risk and hazard identification and management, cross-cultural communication and conflict management for private and public clients.  Greig’s ability and experience in working with multi cultural groups has also lead him to other roles within State, Local and non-Government organisations. Most recently with the Northern Indigenous Land Council (NLC) of Australia.  In his role with the NLC Greig assisted the Australian and Northern Territory Governments with the employment and workplace training of Indigenous Australians. In his capacity as an adviser, trainer and leader Greig has had the unique opportunity to meet and work with people in challenging environments and conditions. As a result of his work with Indigenous Australians and multi-National groups Greig is highly regarded for his expertise in human communication and behavioural understanding with indigenous people.

Currently Greig remains active in an industry training, development and advisory role while his main personal and career drivers remain, cultural exploration and exchange along with human communication and relationships.
