Short Brief:

Greg has over 25 years experience in the discipline of Human Resources. He has previously held senior positions in global organisations including Company Director - Human Resources (Mining & Resources). Greg was the founding Chairman and founding partner of the Enterprise Development Network (EDN) that lead a number of initiatives in the oil & gas industry through safe work practice and was responsible for the companies early growth, strategy and professional development. Greg left the organisation to pursue interests serving his community in community service organisations.

Greg with Simon Phin, Ian Hockridge and John Costley has worked closely with ExxonMobil and other companies involved in the oil & gas sector for over ten years and remains an advisor on strategy and engagement for a number of resource companies. Since 2000 Greg led many initiatives in leadership, team development and safety in Australia (Bass Strait), Africa (Nigeria), Middle East (Qatar) and together with Simon Phin throughout SE Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore).

Greg has worked closely with Nabors and Rig 175 throughout The Bass Strait drilling campaign with ExxonMobil (2008-2010) and remains a key advisor on leadership coaching with Nabors Drilling and for a number of resource and oil & gas companies.

Greg has a Bachelor of Economics, Post Graduate qualifications in Human Resources and serves on a number of boards in South Australia (private, industry and community service).
