Our methodology and approach is led by Dr. Stewart Hase. Stewart has over 25 years experience as an organisational psychologist. Stewart is recognised for his initiatives in off-shore drilling rig safety and is the author of the 'BTB Safety Tool'.

At Drill Safe 2010 Stewart presented the paper 'When culture gets in the way of safety' addressing inherent problems in behavioural change. In addition to this Stewart is the author of over 100 published articles of organisational behaviour and change management.

Our team is led by Simon Phin, CEO & Company Director. Simon is recognised for his ability to work with organisations and identifying the right people for the right project.

Our strategy & engagement is led by Greg Cotton. For over 25 years Greg has provided counsel to leadership and management teams prepared to listen, learn, and embrace challenge.
