Induction Production – ‘2011 & Beyond’

In 2011 the BTB Induction Production team, Sacha Alagich & Sarah Hansen, have worked with teams in Canada, South Africa, USA, Singapore & Australia. Finding the best way to deliver a message at induction that must set the scene for operations. ‘This is how we do it, this is what’s expected and this is what we look forward to from you’. Without question the first 24hrs at the worksite, in particular a drilling rig, is critical.

In 2011 we have experienced a number of firsts for us. First and foremost being live translation. That is finding the best way to deliver a message in more than one language. Sarah Hansen, BTB’s Filming & Editing guru, stated ‘The experience has just been awesome! To see the difference on someone’s face when the message is able to be matched by language, scene, sound and emotion is just fantastic’.
